Noxy Brothers is a fast growing speciality coffee business. We are looking for experienced barista’s to join some of our existing retail and commercial locations in prime locations in Central London. We are a growing business with large amounts of development potential.
To be a part of the growing Noxy team you need to:
- Have strong team / people skills.
- Be passionate about delivering the very best product quality and customer experience.
- Keen interest in working with coffee and also with food.
- Experience working within hospitality with a good track record.
- Ability to work independently if needed.
- Entrepreneurial with a drive to become a business owner in the hospitality space
-Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Maximise revenue by increasing sales, spend and conversion while minimising costs in ways that do not have negative impacts on quality or service.
- Help to develop a high performing barista team, ensuring staff understand their responsibilities and providing them with supervision, training and support.
