Changes to the loyalty program January 2026
Good news, bagel lovers. We’ve made a small change to how bagel rewards work, to make earning and redeeming even simpler.
From 13th January 2026, all bagels earn 2 points (including snack bagels) and it takes just 20 points to redeem ANY free bagel, including our signature bagels.
What’s changed:
- Signature bagels redemption level reduced from 25 to 20 points
- Snack bagels now earn 2 points per transaction, instead of 1. With a redemption threshold of 20 points for a free one.
Everything else remains the same. Enjoy 10 caffeine fixes and the next one is on us!

How do I register to the loyalty program?
There are two ways to register:
- At the till: Add your phone number and name when you order.
- On our app: Download the Noxy Brothers app and follow the steps to sign up.
How do I earn points?
- Buy any drink — 1 point
- Buy a snack bagel — 2 point
- Buy a premium bagel — 2 points
- Buy any shake — 2 points
What can I spend my points on?
10 points = Free coffee, tea or matcha
20 points = Free shake
20 points = Free bagel
How do I redeem my rewards?
In store: Ask the barista to redeem your chosen offer at the till.
Order ahead via the app: Tap “Claim reward” before checkout to apply it.
Do my points or rewards expire?
At this time, points and rewards do not expire.
