Points redemption update - order ahead

We’ve made it simpler to redeem your points for order ahead. 

From 24th March 2026, simply select ‘use points’ to redeem any valid rewards against relevant items in your cart.

If you choose to redeem your points but cancel your order then you will instead select 'use reward' on your next order in the app.

There is no change for redemptions at the till - no action is needed in the app and your barista will redeem any freebies for you.

How do I register to the loyalty program?

There are two ways to register:

  1. At the till: Add your phone number and name when you order.
  2. On our app: Download the Noxy Brothers app and follow the steps to sign up.
How do I earn points?
  • Buy any drink — 1 point
  • Buy a snack bagel — 2 point
  • Buy a premium bagel — 2 points
  • Buy any shake — 2 points
What can I spend my points on?

10 points = Free coffee, tea or matcha
20 points = Free shake
20 points = Free bagel

How do I redeem my rewards?

In store: Ask the barista to redeem your chosen offer at the till.

Order ahead via the app: Tap “Use points" when adding relevant items to your cart. If you use points but cancel an order, then tap "Use Reward" for your next order.

Do my points or rewards expire?

At this time, points and rewards do not expire.
