Changes to the loyalty program January 2026

Good news, bagel lovers. We’ve made a small change to how bagel rewards work, to make earning and redeeming even simpler.

From 13th January 2026, all bagels earn 2 points (including snack bagels) and it takes just 20 points to redeem ANY free bagel, including our signature bagels.

What’s changed:

-          Signature bagels redemption level reduced from 25 to 20 points

-          Snack bagels now earn 2 points per transaction, instead of 1. With a redemption threshold of 20 points for a free one.

Everything else remains the same. Enjoy 10 caffeine fixes and the next one is on us!

How to sign up

Register via the app:

1. Download the app

Download the Noxy Brothers app from the iPhone app store or Google Play store

2. Sign up

Follow the steps to create a profile

3. Earn points

Earn points every time you spend

4. Redeem rewards

Save up to earn any of the following rewards:

10 points = free coffee, tea or matcha

20 points = free shake

 20 points = free bagel

5. Pre order via the App and skip the queue

Register at the till in store

1. Sign up 

Add your phone number and name at the till when you make a purchase

2. Card registered 

Your payment card will be registered to your account

3. Earn points

Earn points every time you spend with that payment card. Or 'check-in' when using a different payment method

4. Redeem rewards

You will receive a message summarising the points you earnt. Or click the link at the till to check your points balance

5. Download the app

The best way to keep track of your rewards. Sign in with the phone number and name you used at the till
